How to configure an email notification to come with an attachment from the portal request.

A client wants me to configure an email notification with an attachments that will go to the "opened by" once a request is submitted.

Did you try by flagging "Include Attachments" field as true on notification (sysevent_email_action) entry that was configured to sent out to user after request submission?

Hi Swapna, I did tried it but for some reason it did not work for me. I pushed it to my backlog stories for now until i find a solution for it.
