How to configure link on caller card under Record Information Page for an incident in service operations workspace?

 

Requirement is to create new link called 'Caller Config. CI' on caller card/page, when clicked on link, it displays
caller associated configuration items (CI's)

 

please see attached screenshot

below link 'Recent Incident', this new link should visible

But Requirement is to add caller record link, not to modify caller card.
