How to configure MS teams virtual agent response action card notification.

we have done MS Teams virtual agent integration but we are not getting where we can configure or modify above response action card notification. 

 

where exactly i can check the configuration of above response card notification.

 

Please help me out in this.

Hello Pranay,

You can achieve this via System Notification > Provider Notification > look for relevant record > update Delivery Channels related list for chat content, select Add multiple option and select Teams in it.
