How to configure Service Catalog Categories ???

Hi Community,

I want to edit the Service Catalog categories. Basically, I want to modify the way it looks and add different section/category there. 

I wish to add one more section here, but when I add it it's only visible to me and not other users. I also tried adding the section via "+" 

Can anyone help me knowing how in general can we update the service catalog categories the way it looks ???

Make sure you go to Service Catalog > Catalog and modify it there. If you are under Self-Service > Service Catalog it will only modify it for you.
