Service now - Shopping hub
I have created a supplier and associated product. However, when I open the product in the portal, it displays a button labeled 'Request pricing or info.' Since my product is related to software renewal, I want to change the button's display name to 'Software Renewal Form.' When users click this button, it should open a record producer with renewal details.
I tried changing the button name through the Shopping Hub configurations, but it still isn't reflecting in the portal. And how to link the product in supplier and record producer when we checkout to auto populate some fields. Can anyone assist me with where I need to make the change and what steps I should follow.
