Inbound Email Action to read user list in .csv attachment.

Hi Team,

Could you please help to achieve the below scenario,

The Company support User list will be static and updates to the same will be
handled via Email Inbound action process in which .csv file will be shared in
an email with ServiceNow team for the user list to be updated as and when
required

How to create inbound email action to read the .CSV attachment file to read the user list and to store the users into a separate SNOW database, and add/remove users based on the APIGEE API add/remove hit.

Hi 

Yes, it is possible. You will need to parse the data, but ensure the email contains the same format as the Excel sheet. Otherwise, you'll need to do the field mapping again.
