Hello,
Is it possible to connect a single ServiceNow instance to multiple customer MS Teams tenants?
Thanks,
Gillian

Hello Gillian,
I can say with 100% certainty that yes: it is possible. I am aware the documentation is fairly scant on this subject, but I have today gone through and got two MS Teams tenants linked with a single SN instance, and can use the Virtual Agent app in either MS Teams tenants with the same single SN instance.
This article goes some way to describing what is/isnt supported, and I think Scenario III is the one you are asking about: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1160286
Hope this helps and isnt coming too late!! Maybe it'll help others if so 🙂
Thanks,
Chris

Hi @Chris Chambers1 thanks for the article, it gave some confidence. We have the same requirement, just wanted to know how did you setup different tenants in the platform? Our requirement is all MA Teams integration touch points should be on tenant 1 initially but as users are migrated to the new tenant we want the integration to point to tenant 2 for all integrations for those specific users.
