How to convert all the homepages to dashboard at once

Dear All,

We have installed a plugin called "Homepage deprecation help tool" to convert homepages into dashboards. I am not how the access can be granted to converted dashboards same as they have for homepages.

And at a time can we convert all homepages to dashboards? Using any script or in any other way.

It's an urgent requirement to me, your help is highly appreciated.
