How to copy first approval notes to next approval in flow designer in scoped application

@Ankur Bawiskar Could you help me to achieve the below requirement:

How can we post the notes from each approval in the next approval asked for. So level1 could see the direct managers approval notes. I tried to use look up record in sys_journal_field table but as the flow is in the scoped application the table is not populating in the list.

use inline script for the work notes field and query sys_journal_field and then get the value
