How to copy table/all fields from one table to another?

I need to copy all fields/table from one table to another. The table with all the information needs to be deleted after the copy is done.

Is this possible? Trying to figure out the easiest way and would prefer to not have to re-do all the fields/UI policies/scripts manually if possible??
