Can i create a Custom button on Form page beside Save button ?
Have you created the UI action on the native view? You will see it at the bottom of form. Here is what I created button "Show".

You would need a simple list widget for it, Add a simple list on a page and set its options. Apply your filter in the options and all these incident will be displayed in your page. When you open the record or click on View all, it will display the record in the form page as required.
