How to create a context menu similar to how the ‘Configure’ menu is configured on the FORM view

I am trying to create a form context menu on the Incident table FORM view to put three UI Actions in the context menu. Similar to how the ‘Configure’ menu is set up with different options to select from the fly out.

My scenario is having the menu as ‘Copy Change’ -> Create Normal Change, Create Standard Change, Create Emergency Change (UI Actions).

I’ve tried creating a UI context menu but that only displays it on LIST views, but my requirement is to have it on the FORM view.

To get the ui context menu of form you need to update the UI macro named context_form_header
