How to create a menu item for virtual Agent chat in ServiceNow Portal

Hi All,

Can someone help me with the Button on menu items of Portal should invoke the Virtual Agent Chat.

Kindly let me know if someone has any inputs on this.

Hello, I would suggest to you to look at OOB ESC portal. Inside the theme part of it you will find the CHAT piece embedded inside link somewhere in ESC Header . On the click of which the virtual agent will populate automatically from Menu link .

You can take this as a reference and build the same for your portal.
