How to create a new search result display configuration

I have been asked to add Priority 1 incidents to the Related Search

I looked it up and found that these results come from

When I go to the "New record" for Search Result Display Configuration, everything is greyed out. It doesn't say anything about being in the wrong application or anything. 

 

Is there somewhere else I should go to create a related search result for incidents?

I know that this is already a year old post, but I am trying to do the same and found out that "...You can't create or delete search result display configurations..."

ServiceNow Doc 

I was trying to add another field under the article name. If anyone knows how we can add fields other than the Knowledge Base name and Category, please post it here.

I am lookig to so the same, will be helpful if someone can post how to add a new record (to include search from another table)
