how to create a Performance Analytics widget with the type GAUGE or create the ranges .

I am using the Tokyo version.

I'm trying to create a new Performance analytics widget to display ranges of percentages on a gauge or graph.

Requirement:

I'm going to create a report which looks at the % Complete that a project is, Groups those Percentages into named groups ( Name: Excellent = Range: 90% - 100%)

Try reviewing the exising PA Indicators defined as Unit = % in you instance

Yeah, I tried, but I didn't find what I needed.

Finally, I created Ranges and interactives and got exactly what I needed,  but I was not satisfied because Ranges would use automatically other reports.
