Australia Release Updates
1.In Performance Analytics, new enhancements were introduced such as data snapshot indicators, single score alignment, and the ability to export visualizations in formats like CSV and Excel.
2.In Next Experience, we need to install the All Editing Menu plugin. It works similarly to Workspace and is integrated with Now Assist.
3.In Playbooks, we can now utilize AI Agents and also create nested playbooks, which enhances automation and flexibility.
4.In Service Catalog:
-Update set naming prefixes are now automatically generated
-A secondary owner field has been added to the catalog item form
-MRVS (Multi-Row Variable Set) can now be hidden in the grid view
5.In the User table, new columns such as Timesheet Policy and Work Agent Status have been added.
6.In Service Portal, we can now enable and use the Dark Theme.
I am excited to implement these new features in my PDI as well as in real-time projects.

FSM (Field Service Management)
A very simple and effective real-life example was shared to understand FSM:
1.When our WiFi is not working properly, we raise a request through a mobile app. The request is then assigned to a specific agent who resolves the issue.
2.The same flow applies in FSM:
Customer Request → Work Order → Work Order Task → Qualification → Dispatcher → Assignment
3.We also have an Agent Mobile App where:
-All requests can be tracked
-Agent details and locations are visible
-Requests can be assigned based on agent availability
-Crew-based assignments can also be managed
This clearly demonstrates that ServiceNow is not just a ticketing tool. By implementing such real-world use cases, we can understand how powerful and versatile the platform truly is.
