how to create a pop up on now mobile when a user logs in

The objective is to set up an informative message in the form of a pop-up that will be displayed when a user connects. To close the pop-up, the user will have to click on a "I have read" button. The message will not be displayed again to a user who has already read it.

 

The user will be able to click on the notification to open the message in a larger size if they wish.

Hello Prasad,

 

Unfortunately the post talks about a popup but on the portal side, and I saw in a comment that there was a person who tested on mobile but the solution does not work "UI scripts are not supported for mobile".
