How to create a pop-up to add multiple records in currently opened form.

Hi All,

I have one requirement where I have to insert multiple records in currently opened form.

So on form banner I will have to create a button named 'Insert multiple'

Once I click on that a pop-up will come which then shows me a default filter. In that filter if I insert any number and then click on search , then the search result should be displayed below with one or multiple records. It should only show 10 records.

Instead of 'AND' there should be search / run button. Once I click on it should show me result of the filtered records. (here incidents are shown)

How can I achieve this.
