How to create a  report for all assignment groups to know how many incidents were open and closed on monthly basis. actually need a count here.

Please provide a solution.

You can use Pivot type

or you can sue Trend type / column type reports to get more better resulst.

Thank you for your immediate response. Actually we need count for incident created and closed for all groups on monthly basis for this year. Instead of Active in column , can you please suggest any other field.
