i am probably overthinking this.
As a manager, I need to make sure all my users have time cards submitted every week. I need a report that just shows users on my team who have time cards either NOT created for any week this year OR where the time card is still in a pending state for any date prior than today's current date and then show what time card/sheet is still missing or pending.
How would I go about this?
