How to create a UI action in Service Operations workspace

Hi,

 

I want to create a UI action  "Create Incident" on the RITM table in the service operations workspace.

 

Can anyone one help here.

I am trying to Enable the below one and it's working in native Ui. But not visible on te sow view even form button and all enabled.

check the workspace form button check box in workspace tab.

GlideURL is client side but your UI action is server side and it should not work in native as well.

share the complete code here and not screenshot.
