How to create a variable on a record producer where the 'Question' has bullet points in it.

Hello All, 

I have a requirement where we are creating a form which has a few line of questions. However, these questions have bullet points in it. The variable type will be Yes/No. I am stuck with how to create these questions. If anyone has come across this kind of a requirement, it would be great if you could share. I have done some research and looks like Custom field type (formally Macros) has to be used. But was wondering if we use a Custom field type, how can we achieve the Yes/No choice for these questions. Any help would be of great. Thanks!

What exactly do you mean? You can add a bullet point to the label of a yes no question

I doubt that's what you want though? If you're creating bulleted yes/no choices wouldn't a checkbox work?

It's not exactly the same thing, but you can have a single label and multiple true/false checkboxes under it.
