How to create an Application Outside of Studio

Please I need help creating a new application outside of studio because studio is currently not working properly.

I think you must log a case with the Now support team. now 2 ways

As admin, did you try clicking the 'New' button from a list view of sys_app records. A wizard starts but It is not Studio that I can tell. I was able to create a new BR in my app test scope without using Studio.

Maybe you need to create a Support case is you believe Studio is not working.
