How to create an SLA on the alm_contract Table

Hello,

is it possible to create an SLA for the all_contract table? SLA definitions do not have the contract table in the drop-down. What would be my next step?

Hi @IB98 ,

 

According to ServiceNow documentation https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-service-management/page/product/service-level-manage..., then "SLAs can be defined for any table that extends the task table, including incident, change request, and service catalog tasks.".

 

As the all_contract table is not extended from task table, then you cannot create a SLA for this table.

You cant create SLA on tables which is not extended from task table.
