How to create an work notes field in Computer CI CMDB

Hi,
I need to create an work notes field in Computer CI CMDB, same as existing work notes under notes tab in incident form. Could you please let me know how this can be achieved.

You can create a new journal input field .

HI
Why do you need work notes on a CI form? On the incident form the work notes are intended for internal communications as opposed to comments which are for customer comms. Why would you need that on the CMDB? You can add a journal entry field so that you can add comments but i don't know why you would need separate communication streams on a CI form.

Hi @saneep dutta,
Why would you need that on the CMDB? -> We just want to know what is happening with the computer, with a time and datestamp and the user who added the comment. (so the same as with the INC) And all previous comments could be seen.
