How to create ATF for Creation of incident record via Employee center by an end user (OOB)

I want to create an ATF script for Creation of incident record via Employee center by an end user (OOB).

I am using the following steps but i am unable to submit the form:

why are you not using OOTB Step to open catalog item in ESC portal and then use Set Variable Values and then use Submit step?

No need to use Custom UI step

OOTB this test is available, repeat the same for ESC Portal

Just create your user, impersonate and then continue on below

is that record producer available on ESC?
