Hi,

 

How to create  catalog item via inbound email When I receive the notification, we have to submit a ticket with this cat item. 

 

How to do it, can anyone help on this. It will be helpful.

I have created flow but once I sent mail to servicenow that Request records not created.

Did you check the trigger conditions? 

 

Also, can you please check what is the email log showing for that inbound email in the System Mailboxes > Inbox or System Mailboxes > Received?

I have checked trigger condition its fine and I received mails from System Mailboxes > Received.
