how to create categories widget on Portal Page

Hi Floks

 

we are trying to create a Category widget on the portal where we can add the name of different dashboards . So, if user wants to access a particular dashboard they just have to click on the name of that dashboard present on the Category widget .

 

To understand it better we can take example of Service catalog  area on the portal . As you can see under categories they have mentioned several names which can be opened by clicking on there names.
