How to create category in record producer to show in portal?

I want to see multiple category under record producer on portal category like Normal Incident, Service Incident, etc .How to create category in record producer to show in portal?

Yo can create the choice or check box type variable, and you can use these values. or you can refer to Type of change filed.

in portal catalog categories can be from a module > ''maintain categories'' module.

you can open existing or create new as needed for business...
