How to create Close Incident and Cancel Incident buttons in Employee Self Center Portal?

Hi Team,

 

I need to create a "Close Incident" and "Cancel Incident" buttons for Incidents in Employee Self Ceneter Portal. I'm vary new to ESC Portal. Please note that, if I open any Incident ticket in ESC Portal, I want to show these two buttons for each Incident ticket How to create and where I need to embed these two buttons. Please help on configuration of these two buttons. Please provide if any documentation for the same.

What is the requirement here, if we know, that incident get closed automatically after 7 days but still if you need , here are few link (but these are on SP not ESC)

 

But I am not code base will be smae
