Hi Team,
I have tried to create a new custom catalog similar to the Service Catalog and Technical Catalog with some categories and catalog items. But those catalog items are not showing in the Service Portal while the User is searching.
Is it possible to create custom catalogs?? If yes, could you please explain the procedure

Did you make the custom catalog available in the Service Portal?
Under Service Portal > Portals click on your portal and then at the bottom there should be a catalogs tab. You need to click the edit button and add your custom catalog.
