Team Lead wants to review the rejection email before it is being sent to Requestor.

Hi All,

I have one requirement on Rejection Email, when Rejection is approved the mail is sent to the requestor, but now what i want to achieve is,

On Rejection Form i need to set Preview Button(UI Action), and when Team lead click on that button, He can write the comments and then the mail should send to the Requestor.

And the mail should contain the comments what Team Lead was written while Previewing.

Can someone please help me on this, how can i achieve this.
