How to create Global Templates ,   i want to apply that templates to any table in notifications

we have to call that templates into any table of notifications

Yes I just meant that since "global" email templates are not available,

if this fits your requirement, you can create a form template which can populate your email notification record with pre-set values. Such templates are available across the platform and are not specific to email notifications.

You can use the template bar to define and apply templates:

there you can define the field values which you commonly use in other email notifications.

so that such template can help you to pre-fill email notification record fields when you create them later on.
