How to create issues in ADO when an incident is created in servicenow?

Hi All,

I working on a requirement , its a integration between ADO and serviceow

As part of that , if any incident is created in servicenow --> An issue should create in ADO

and vice versa

when a issue raised in ADO --> then incident should create in servicenow

Any suggestions for this integration setup?

What did you already do? It seems like you just need to create the integration and on a new issue/incident it needs to be triggered. Just make sure your create/update is set correctly so you are not creating new ones that are updates and also prevent from getting into a loop (update on one, updates the other with the same), but without knowing what is already in place and where you are running into an issue, it's guessing what assistance you need.
