ServiceNow Integration with Azure DevOps

Hi,

We are planning to implement ServiceNow (Incident / Change Management / Task / Stories) with Azure DevOps. We currently are not going to use ServiceNow's Devops.

To set this integration up, we have only found a couple of documents with very little info. Can anyone share the steps, how to do the mapping between the two systems? Any URLs to the docs that show how to integrate ServiceNow with Azure DevOps?

Thanks,

Kathy

Hi @love2succeed

I think the best place to start is here:

This is the document describing how this integration would work.

However there are better, easier and more powerful ways to integrate the two platforms that you really should consider. As it would provide a much easier and quicker deployment while providing more flexibility to fit your needs.

One of the best solutions we've come across is Exalate. Have a look on the website and their documentation as it is very extensive.

Also it would be helpful if you would provide a bit more detail regarding the integration you are looking to set up. the current question is very broad and does not provide a good idea of your requirements in terms of data/info to be send and received from/to the platforms.

Kind regards,

Hi,

I have a requirement to set up the integration between Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. If an incident is created with specific assignment group, it should trigger a bug in Azure DevOps and

When the State field of the Azure DevOps bug is changed, it should reflect on the STATE field of the ServiceNow incident ticket.

Is there any plugin to automate this process? or any documentation to support with the steps.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I am also looking for the same requirement, do you got ideas or methods to implement this. Is yes, can you share with me on how you are currently implementing it. ?

Thanks.

Hi Aswini7, were you able to complete this integration? If so, could you tell me the steps you took?
