How to create KB Base/Article in Studio

Hello Team,

I'm new to the App Studio Engine platform. In Studio, I'm not sure how to make a Knowledge Base or a Knowledge Article. Can somebody provide me with instructions or a document on how to create a KB Article in Studio?

App Studio Engine platform is used to develop applicatiion. AFAIK, I don't think it's possible to create a knowledge base and article from App Studio.

To create an Knowledge Base, go to "Knowledge" > "Knowledge Base".

To create an article, select "Knowledge" > "Create New".

Thanks for sharing your insights; I'm familiar with the default method of building Knowledge Bases or KB Articles, but I'm curious whether there is a way to make KB Articles using Studio.

It's possible by entering data directly into the kb_knowledge_base and kb_knowledge database tables or REST APIs.

I don't think Studio is meant to be used by end-users.
