Hi all,
There was requirement to create a report to show average time taken by catalog tasks to be moved from open to work in progress state.
I checked in system, but there isn't any metric definition or sla definition which i can use to get this data.
I have created a metric definition on catalog task to create metrics whenever catalog task is moved to work in progress from open state.
Now, the problem is i want to show historical data like in last month/year what was this average.
But not sure how can i create metrics for those tasks which were moved to work in progress state previously, as we don't have any field which will store the same.
Please let me know if this is even achievable.
