How to create module separator under any Module separator?

Hi All,

I need to create a module separator under another module separator. Can someone let me know that?

I have tried creating separator in sequence but it did not worked :

What I need:

Application X

--> Separator 1

        ----> Separator 1.1

                  ---> List of Records 1.1.1

                  ---> List of Records 1.1.2

        ---> List of Records 11

--> Separator 2
