Knowledge checkbox on incident form oob

Hi All,

I want to change values/ choices in knowledge checkbox as yes/ no instead of true/ false, also i want to make this mandatory field.

I'm not able to find anything in configure dictionary as well.

Hi,

For choices, you should be able to change it to a string?

And then under the choices tab at the bottom, add your choices you want listed there.

(ensure you take a look at the default value tab as well and make any changes there)

as far as making it mandatory, you'd want to set a UI Policy.

Yes, but i'm not able to change type field as string, only true / false values. 😞
