How to create monthly CSAT score through performance analytics?

Hi All,

 

I'm new to performance analytics and there is a requirement to calculate the monthly CSAT score as well as monthly CSAT% through performance analytics. Kindly guide me on this?

If you have never worked with performance analytics before, I would recommend you to take the available training through NowLearning to get the basic understanading: https://nowlearning.service-now.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&summary_i...

 

To create the requirement is basic performance analytics configuration for indicator source, automated indicator, formula indicator and widgets.
