Edit Incident Caused by Change not saving

Using the Configure List Controls I added the Edit button to the Incident Caused By Change tab so a user could select multiple incidents. I, as an admin, can add multiple incidents and they save just fine. If an ITIL user selects multiple incidents it does not save them. I updated the Edit Roles to include ITIL, but when I impersonate an ITIL user the same experience happens. Not sure how this controlled or how to fix it. Any suggestions?

Hi @RobertPC

Can you check your ACLs for write access, what I see ITIL users can't edit caused by change when incident is closed or cancelled, so check the incidents which you are adding has open incidents only.
