How to create new Layout in service portal?

Hi all,

I have a requirement to create new layouts in the order 3 2 2 2 3.Please, suggest some ideas.

Yes that's possible.

1.You can configure it by selecting specific column, here for example take the 2nd grid of span 3.

2.After selecting, there is a icon with pencil symbol on the top right corner (PSB)

3. Change the size to 2.

4. Accordingly place the same size wherever needed as per the layout you will get the desired output for the page layout.

I am able to edit that to 3 2 2 2 3 by using the below

But ,my requirement is in the first image I have pointed out a yellow mark rite.In that place I want to add this split up 3 2 2 2 3 like 3 3 3 3 .For that please suggest some ideas.

1. You can drag & drop 3 3 3 3 or the highlighted span grids within the container.

2. Select the desired column & then clicking the pencil icon on the top right corner of the page.(screenshot attached in my previous reply)

I had tried that but not able to view under the container as 3 2 2 2 3 like 12 , 9 3, 4 4 4 4, 6 6, 2 2 2 2 2 2

Did you able to find the pencil icon on the top right corner for customizing the grid span of 3
