Hi Team,
We have a requirement like below:
1- Create a Service Catalog request.
2- On the checkout page, enter the users for whom to copy the request, up to a maximum of 10, in the Copy this Request for: reference fields.
3- Click Order Now.
This functionality I can able to complete through back by using the following link:
But, this future is not working in Service poratal. Please let me know how can I do this in Service Portal. Please provide me the details, if anyone fixing the same.
Thanks & Regards,
Prasanna Kumar

The doc site touches on the procedure here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-it-service-management/page/product/service-catalog-manage...
In your portal, checkout with any item, on the Order Status Page, do the following"
Ctrl click to display options menu:
Select "Instance Options" on the "SC Order Status" page
On the instance options, at the bottom, check "Allow Cloning" under behavior. The "Additional Actions" menu should immediately display and you can add additional "requested for" users and submit.
Regards,
Sachin

Sachin,
Do you have an updated link for that? (It is rather annoying that most links of threads more than a year or two old don't work anymore! I wish ServiceNow did a better job of keeping those old links active - I cannot tell you how many times I find old thread that seems to address my problem, only to find a bunch of dead links!)
