How to create "Clone Request" in service portal?

Hi Team,

We have a requirement like below:

1- Create a Service Catalog request.
2- On the checkout page, enter the users for whom to copy the request, up to a maximum of 10, in the Copy this Request for: reference fields.
3- Click Order Now.

This functionality I can able to complete through back by using the following link:

But, this future is not working in Service poratal. Please let me know how can I do this in Service Portal. Please provide me the details, if anyone fixing the same.

This is working as long as I with privileged admin access using the functionality. When I impersonate as an user with itil access , the advanced options field is not visible. Any thoughts /suggestions to address this ?

By doing this I am able to successfully clone the request. However when I impersonate to another user with itil user access, the option of additional actions doesn't appear. Is there any additional settings to be changed for this to be available for all users of the service portal ?
