Hello Team
Can we know how to create the report of the ITIL licensed users and non licensed users in one report
like We have one group of members some having license and some don't have
Can we bring all together and create who has license who does not have

Hi,
On way of doing is to create a report for the Itil users and than a dataset for the non Itil users.
This will then produce:
Criteria of the Itil users report:
Active is true
Roles is itil
Criteria of the dataset "Non itil users":
Active is true
Roles is not itil

Sorry, I cannot help you with the Subscriptions.
The report here up was done via the sys_user table.
