how to create any item requests completed by duration (this may be PA)
take the total elapsed time and divide it by # of requests factoring in conversion to days

This can easily be obtained through PA (I anticipate that you refer to month duration average etc.). You can create an automated indicator for count and an automated indicator for sum for duration whereafter you divide in a formula indicator.

What is your experience with PA? There are many settings to cover in PA, hence to make a video will be time consuming.
