How to create SLA

Hi All,

 

How to create a Single SLA for 2 different Groups.

Just make sure both groups a listed in the start conditions for the SLA.

Assignment group is group1 or Assignment group is group2

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

ensure that both groups are part of the SLA definition start condition. Please also ensure to think about, what if assigned to another group and so forth… the whole flow.
