How to create vendor instance from developer instance for publish my app?

Hi, 

I have a developer instance and I want to publish my app. I understand that for that I need a vendor instance.

I can’t find a way to upgrade or create a vendor instance.

Please help 🙂

In order to receive a Vendor instance you need to register and be added to the ServiceNow Technology Partner Program (TPP). More information can be found on ServiceNow's developer site here.
