Go to nowlearning account and click on Profile on the top right side, under preferences, you can link your new account.

Hi @arunkumarselvar 

It is impossible to delete Webassessor accounts. simply you can unlink your email.

Raise a case to ServiceNow, they will 'de-activate' your account. There is no delete option.
