Need restirct standard change template in Serviceportal

Hi Team , 

 

 

Standard Change template should not be viewable in the Service Portal.

Need to restrict standard change template from Service portal . 

 

These many standard change we are having .

for example , if i search with any standard change template 'ServiceNow Notifications' it is showing in Service Portal .

If i remove catalogs and category from the template it won't show , But client is saying even if we select , catalogs and category . It has to restrict in the Service Portal .

 

NOTE - Standard Change template should not be viewable in the Service Portal .

 

Please provide steps to achieve this , 

Please provide configuration steps and screenshots for better understanding.

May i know the reason to restrict this on portal? 

 

To do this, you need to hide/ deactivate the catalog item only, there is no other way.
